My name is Jo and work with women over 40 who are new or newer to fitness.

Why? When I was 26 I had a MASSIVE disruption in my hormones which caused huge changes in my body. I put on weight, I felt bloated and tired all the time, I felt uncomfortable in my own body and could never find anything to wear that felt comfortable.

So, I understand all too well how much hormone changes can affect our bodies, PLUS with my studies specialising in fitness for women I also know the best exercises to do to help women build strength, tone up, lose weight and feel amazing in their clothes.
