I’m a personal trainer with a specialisation in women’s fitness. I work exclusively with women over 40 wanting to lose weight but who never thought they could get into strength training or workouts, who now feel strong, confident and consistent in their fitness
Hormone changes in women over 40 mean we lose muscle mass, which can then become a real long-term problem in general movement, joint pain, pain when walking and just that feeling of “why does every physical movement feel so hard”
We want to focus on preventing these big issues before they start! I do this with a carefully designed program that mixes dumbbell weights, body weight, functional movements, mobility and stretching. This gives the best results for long-term weight loss and health
It’s my mission to show women how to lose weight & tone up, while also; moving better, eliminating joint and muscle pain, feel stronger and more confident in their body and clothes
